Healing Session: Reiki
This is a perfect session if you are looking for relaxation or if your body is holding tension, tightness or stress of any kind.
Ancestral Clearing: Anastasia will focus on one trapped emotion/situation that is held in the ancestral lineage. She will identify how many generations this traces back to on both the mother and father's side and then clear it for those generations and also future generations.
