From Letting Go to Calling In

In this 30-minute experiential portion of the evening, Claudia will guide you beyond simply thinking about what you’re ready to release and invite you to begin to notice and feel the shift in your body.

You’ll start with a few moments of guided reflection and journaling, exploring what may be holding you back, whether that’s an old belief, pattern, fear, expectation, or way of seeing yourself.
